Traditional: contracts exchange when bidding ends, you pay a deposit (usually 10%) and complete within 28 days. Conditional: you pay a non-refundable reservation fee and have a longer period to complete, often 56 days. Each lot shows which method it uses. [Confirm terms on your platform.]

Title documents, searches, the contract and any special conditions of sale, plus tenancy details for tenanted lots. Have your solicitor review it before you bid.
You need to be able to complete on time, so most buyers arrange funds before bidding: cash, bridging finance or a mortgage agreed in principle.
Yes. Viewing details are listed on each lot. [Confirm how viewings are arranged.]
You’re legally committed. On a traditional lot, contracts exchange straight away and you pay your deposit. On a conditional lot, you pay the reservation fee and exchange within the stated period.
